We are transforming a single-storey industrial building in Barnard Castle, County Durham, into bright, modern offices for William Smith Group, one of the region's long-established businesses.

Set within the Barnard Castle conservation area, the scheme reworks a former manufacturing unit into a largely open-plan workplace with perimeter meeting and cellular rooms. A refreshed east-elevation entrance with new and enlarged windows, brings daylight deep into the floor plate.
