First White Cloth Hall
First White Cloth Hall on Kirkgate is one of Leeds' most significant historic buildings; a Grade II* listed survivor of 1711, recently rescued from the Heritage at Risk Register and returned to life at the heart of the city.
Our role was to bring a new use into this landmark space, developing the fit out design and guiding the proposals through planning and Listed Building Consent. Working sensitively with the building's exceptional fabric and history, we shaped alterations that are both contemporary and respectful, helping to write the next chapter for a building that has stood at the centre of Leeds life for over three hundred years.
