In May 2023 planning was approved for our Police Station commercial conversion scheme in Leyburn on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. This scheme will see the development of 6 luxury holiday apartments and renovation of this beautiful historic building in the Leyburn conservation area, previously used for over 100 years as a police station.
We are delighted that planning approval has been granted and with feedback from the Richmond Civic Society, commenting that they ‘are very pleased to see this high quality proposal, to ensure the continued use of this very significant and attractive building‘.
