THE PROJECT
Granville is a luxury co-living development in Gateshead, within walking distance to the Quay Side and Newcastle City Centre. The design proposal has been developed through carefully unpicking layers of construction to celebrate the architecture and historic features of the house, whilst creating new additions that compliment the original Victorian aesthetic.
The façade design pays homage to local industrial buildings, through the use of anthracite metal cladding. The proposed cladding panels continue across the roof elevation to complete the contemporary aesthetic.
Our design has paid thoughtful attention to the co-working and communal living spaces, aimed at professionals looking for a superior residential co-living product that comes with high-quality shared amenity space. Generously designed contemporary living spaces, paired with additional facilities such as on-site car parking and cycle workshop, complete this high-quality product.
