THE PROJECT
Vane Terrace is a luxury co-living development in the heart of the West End of Darlington, County Durham. The development is within walking distance of the market town centre and memorial hospital, against the backdrop of the leafy Stanhope Park.
Our design for this co-living development and HMO includes a generous yet sophisticated extension to the rear of the building to allow for 12 luxury co-living suites. Co-working and generous communal living spaces have been woven into the design to create a desirable high end product.
